At Crescendo, we believe clarity builds harmony. Here’s what you agree to when starting a partnership with us:

  • Upfront Payment: All services are billed before work begins. Monthly or multi-month plans renew automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds are only available in the first 48 hours after work starts, and a 33 % restocking fee applies to early cancellations.

  • Communication: We meet weekly to stay aligned, and you agree to respond to requests for feedback within 48 hours so your project stays on tempo.

  • Collaboration: We’ll define milestones together and both share responsibility for reaching them.

  • Results: Payments are for services and time, not guaranteed outcomes — growth is a shared process.

  • Confidentiality & IP: Your information stays private, and you own the assets made for your business once paid in full.

  • Flexibility: If you prefer hourly or custom work, you can always request a tailored quote that fits your rhythm.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Let’s Crescendo. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Let’s Crescendo services, consulting engagements, and digital products (“Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Service provided by Let’s Crescendo (“Consultant,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

Let’s Crescendo provides business consulting services including, but not limited to:

  • Strategic planning and advisory

  • Internal system optimization

  • CRM, AI, and automation integration

  • Marketing, outbound, and go-to-market strategy

  • Leadership and operational development

  • Technology enablement and implementation support

The scope, priorities, and deliverables for each engagement are defined collaboratively and may be further detailed in writing or in a Statement of Work (“SOW”).

2. Payment & Billing

  • All Services are billed upfront, prior to the start of each engagement period.

  • Monthly and multi-month plans renew automatically unless canceled per Section 3.

  • Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment platform.

  • If a payment fails, you must resolve the issue within five (5) business days to avoid suspension of Services.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% weekly late fee.

  • Payments are for access to Services, expertise, and time — not guaranteed outcomes or results.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Either party may cancel Services with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

  • Refunds are available only within the first forty-eight (48) hours after work begins, and only if no substantive work has been initiated.

  • After 48 hours, all payments become non-refundable.

  • Early cancellations, contract reductions, or rescheduling of work are subject to a 33% restocking fee on any remaining contract value.

  • If the Client becomes unresponsive for ten (10) consecutive business days, Let’s Crescendo may suspend or terminate the engagement with no refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful outcomes, the Client agrees to:

  • Attend or schedule a weekly standing meeting unless otherwise arranged.

  • Provide feedback, approvals, materials, or access needed for the project within forty-eight (48) hours of request.

  • Participate actively and transparently throughout the engagement.

  • Maintain open communication and uphold agreed timelines.

Let’s Crescendo is not responsible for delays or missed outcomes resulting from late feedback, unavailable resources, or lack of participation

5. Deliverables, Milestones & Scope

  • Let’s Crescendo and the Client will agree on milestones and objectives at the start of each engagement period.

  • Deliverables are considered complete when they meet the agreed specifications and have been reviewed by the Client.

  • Requests outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement or a Change Order and may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all strategic, operational, financial, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
No information may be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of Services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All methodologies, systems, frameworks, processes, tools, and materials created by Let’s Crescendo remain the intellectual property of Let’s Crescendo.

  • Upon full payment, the Client receives a license to use the deliverables created specifically for their business.

  • Client-provided content, documents, or assets remain the property of the Client.

8. Limitations & Disclaimers

  • Let’s Crescendo provides professional consulting and advisory services but makes no guarantees regarding financial or performance outcomes.

  • Success depends on Client participation, market conditions, and external variables outside our control.

  • Let’s Crescendo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Force Majeure

Let’s Crescendo shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, power outages, or technology failures.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.

  • If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or similar body).

  • Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless otherwise determined.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cancellation Policy – Let’s Crescendo

At Let’s Crescendo, we aim to provide clarity, structure, and flexibility for all clients. The following outlines our official cancellation policy for monthly and multi-month service engagements.

Cancellation Notice

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to: jim@letscrescendo.biz

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the 30-day notice period.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available during the first 48 hours after a billing cycle begins and only if no substantive work has been started.

  • After the first 48 hours of work beginning, all payments become non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

If the client cancels early, reschedules work, or reduces the remaining term of the contract, a 33% restocking fee will be applied to any remaining contract balance.

This fee covers onboarding, preparation, and scheduling commitments made on behalf of the client.

Auto-Renewal

All monthly or multi-month plans automatically renew unless the Client provides the required 30-day written cancellation notice.

Non-Communication

If the Client becomes unresponsive for ten (10) consecutive business days, Let’s Crescendo may suspend or terminate the engagement with no refund for the current billing period.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Work will continue through the end of the paid billing period.

  • No additional work will be performed beyond the paid period.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time within a prepaid period.
